Holidays and summer breaks is family vacation time. Our three kids giggle with excitement and I couldn’t be happier despite the stress and exhaustion that inevitably tag along with us. Never mind my whining, I still travel with my kids for these big reasons:
Because I get to relive my childhood memories all over again
Any kid dreams of a Disney World experience. I get to revisit the happiest place on Earth when we treated our son for his 5th birthday. Nothing beats seeing incredible shows and stunning fireworks with our kids.
Because their laughter with their cousins is contagious
Every Christmas, we make sure that we visit our relatives for an intimate reunion. The highlight of our stay with them is seeing my children enjoying themselves and laughing to their hearts’ content. They miss their cousins/playmates so much that they get to entertain themselves in hilarious and sweet ways.
Because we get to spend quality time together as a family
Nothing beats being with my family and creating happy and crazy memories together. Though we are a chaos in the airport- think of running and screaming toddlers – the time spent with them is more than precious than anything else. It’s definitely worth it.
Because the best way to teach them about the world is by showing it to them
Traveling to different cities and countries introduce a new world to us especially to our kids. Every new place teaches them a new culture and new adventures. Embracing different perspectives give them reasons to be wiser and more confident. Plus, they’re learning, a lot.
